My name is Christine Constante, I live in Murrieta. I am the oldest of 5. I attended Alta Murrieta Elementary school, then Shivela Middle school and finally, I graduated from Murrieta Valley High in 2004. This is the end of my 3rd year at San Marcos and I should be done by next spring.
Technology is a huge part of my life, I am more of a PC person. I’m not very familiar with a Mac but I am learning. I have been taking online classes for the last year so I am constantly using the computer to check assignments or emails. I also check emails on my cell phone which is a huge help when I am not able to find a computer. I feel technology has made my life easier and I look forward to learning more about it.
In the College of Education’s mission statement I really enjoyed reading their statement on diversity and student centered education. I feel very strongly on these issues and I am glad part of their goal is committed to maintain and improve these very important subjects. To be honest, when I applied to San Marcos a major reason was merely the fact that it was close to my family, but after almost three years here I have learned that this school tries to accommodate students in everyway possible and they are dedicated to giving us an amazing education. I am very glad I decided to join the CSUSM Cougars!
